Possible Locations and Plots

1. A school, late, out of hours in the dark.
Why? - Its a big area, lots of places to run and to hide. It's a familiar place we all know, where most children and parents would feel secure and safe... so if something bad happened there, it would be unexpected and out of their comfort zone!

A plot - Group of girls and boys, they dare a couple of them to go into the school out of hours in the dark and get an item of theirs that was confiscated. THEY DON'T GET OUT.

Why not? There are always going to be people in the school, unless it is shut - so then the group would be seen or heard there.

2. A Church
Why? - again it is somewhere where people are supposed to be safe and secure, it is a holy place, supposedly protected by God. Most churchs also have grave yards, these are well known as scary locations because of the amount of dead people, and the fact that lots of ghosts sightings have been seen in them.

A plot: Group of girls and boys go there for a thrill, they hear it is abandened and haunted. The door shuts behind them. Flickers of shots will then follows showing them panicing, some one dying, someone disapearing, and just 2 being left.

Why not? it is difficult to get permission to film in a church, a grave yard is also very stereotypical in horror movies - we don't want something typical, and we don't want to make a horror.

3. Forest
Why? - It is somewhere that gets really dark as it has no lights. It is somewhere people can easily get lost because they tend to all look very similar, people can also easily hide behind trees, it is difficult to be heard from inside a forest (a scary thought) and lastly, there are always lots of scary sounds in forests, made my trees and animals.

A Plot: A group of friends go camping in the forest innocently, they decide to play manhunt. However, none of them actually get found.

Why not? - There are going to be few leaves this time of year! so the killer couldn't hide? :S
