Dear Sir/Madam,
We are currently year 12 students at Hedingham School. We are writing to you for permission to use your factory car park and scrap heap to film for our media course. We would like to perform the film in the car park and filming in and around the area. We would like to film on the 22nd December, we will be arriving around 9. 30 to catch the morning frost to add effects to our thriller film sequence. This thriller film is for our A-Level Media project, we will be using Halstead River at the back of solar car park and your land, and this would give us plenty of space for what we need to film. We will only take around two to three hours to do so, and would be very grateful.
