Are the characters in our film typical of its genre?

Characters;
Gaby; the murdered victim scene 1.
Connor; the leader who throws the body in the river.
George; second in command on Connor's right hand side helps throw the body in the river.
Gaby; the look out 1, part of the crew but plays a lower status because in this group the girls don't get involved with the dumping on the body because they are seen as the weaker links.
Caryn; the look out 2, helps organise were the girls scouted for the place to dump the body, so they do play and important roll.
Beth ; Is one of the main characters, she is introduced in a tension help eye contact,close up, with Caryn and Gaby the hoodlems standing on the corner about to walk in and meet the body dumpers.

In every thriller someone has to die or something tragic has to happen to a character which allows the thriller tension to build and capture their audience, so here the victim is typical of thriller genre.
The big boys, like in 'Reservoir Dogs' there is always a main leader and a back up crew to do all the dirty work. In our film its very similar, Connor was the ring leader and George his wing and then the two girls are there as back up to make sure nothing goes wrong. The characters are typical to thriller film genre because they accrue in many other thriller films. The facial expression used show the different status and the loyalty of the crew towards the leader if they didn't trust him they would dump a body so early in the morning near a town.
